Sennelier Oil Sticks

Oil sticks are the most direct form of oil painting, extending expression and spontaneity. The sticks are formed by using a portion of mineral wax instead of all oil as the binder.

The sticks can be used alone, or in combination with regular oil colours and diluted with turpentine as required. They are able to be applied directly to any traditional oil painting support such as canvas or boards. Of note is the colourless medium allows for transparent glazes.
