Kusakabe Pulp Base for Watercolours

Pulp base can be used to apply a paper like textured base for watercolours on various materials such as wood or canvas. Available in hot press, cold press and rough. The pulp base is best applied in thin layers until the required depth is reached. Allow the base to thorouhly dry before use, 72 hours is best.
